Meri Maati Mera Desh: Awareness/ Exhibition Camp organised at Dawar Gurez

The Handicrafts and Handloom Department Block Gurez Thursday organised a day long Awareness cum Exhibition camp at Dawar Gurez.

On the occasion AHTO Gurez said that the objective of organising the camp was to make artisans aware of the various welfare programs and schemes of the department.

He appealed to the artisan fraternity to come forward and get themselves registered with the department so that benefits available for them are availed-off by them without any difficulty and they are helped to stand on their own.

On the occasion, handmade products of various artisans were showcased and about 20 Artisan registration cards were distributed among the artisans.

AHTO Gurez, Owais Ahmad; Senior craft instructors, Junior Craft Instructor, Sarpanchs, Ward Members besides a large number of artisans attended the camp.
