DC reviews arrangements for conduct of two day Veshow Literary festival at Kulgam

In order to discuss the necessary arrangements related to the conduct of two-day Veshow literary festival to be held on 7th and 8th of August 2023, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr.Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat today convened a meeting of the concerned officers at DC Office, here.

During the meeting, threadbare discussion was held on various aspects of the arrangements related to the successful conduct of the two day festival besides various decisions were taken in the meeting and responsibilities were assigned to different departments.

The DC directed the concerned departments to work in right earnest to make timely arrangements. He also instructed the concerned officers to ensure adequate measures are taken for smooth conduct of literary programmes.

Dr Bilal impressed upon all concerned departments to ensure that all necessary arrangements are put in place well in time to ensure smooth and hassle free conduct of the festival and to work in close coordination to make this literary event a grand success.

ADDC Showkat Ahmad Rather, ADC Viqar Ahmed Giri, ACR, Mir Imtiyaz Ul Aziz, JDP Zahid Sajjad, SDM Noorabad, ACD, ACP, Principals from Degree Colleges, CEO, Executive Engineers from Jal Shakti, R&B, Tehsildars, EOs and other district and sectoral officers attended the meeting.
