Bar near Domail sealed after recovery of stashes of illicit liquor

Under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Jammu Avny Lavasa and overall supervision of ADC (L&O) Harvinder Singh, a joint team of enforcement authorities sealed a Bar in Domail area.

The team comprising Executive Magistrate Dansal, DSB team along with Police party of PS Jhajjarkotli raided a bar namely Crossview Bar and restaurant at Domail and found around 819 bottles of illegal Liquor of different brands in the Bar.

During the search, the officials of the Excise Department were called on the spot and the illegal liquor was recovered and seized on the spot by the officials.

A total 63 Cases and some spare bottles consisting 819 bottles of illegal liquor worth Rs 12 lakh was found in the operation and handed over to Excise Department.

Meanwhile, the Bar has also been sealed by Tehsildar Dansal and SHO Jhajjar Kotli.
