Impressive Display of GoI’s Milestones marks Day -2

Amid the ongoing annual Machail Mata Yatra, the Multimedia Exhibition organized by the Central Bureau for Communication, Government of India, here at Gulabgarh mini stadium Ground Paddar, witnessed an enthusiastic participation of people and students on the 2nd day, today.

Besides the display banners, special lectures by resource persons and Officers shed light on the significant milestones achieved during the 9 years of Governance, along with the Seva Susashan and Garib Kalyan initiatives, Mission life and Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB) program.

The event was graced by dignitaries, Tehsildar Atholi Satish Singh Rana, Sarpanch Gulabgarh Manohar Lal Manhas, Principal GDC Paddar Dr. Subash Chander.

The programme was conducted under the overall supervision of CBC, Field officer Doda Circle, Vikram Uppal and with the cooperation of Field Officer, Rojouri Sunil Kumar.

About 200 students, Anganwadi Workers (AWWs), ASHAs, prominent personalities, local PRIs, and staff members from different departments and education institutions, along with the common masses were present on the occasion.

The program commenced with a warm welcome address by the Incharge CBC Rajouri, Sunil Kumar.

Various media engagements, including display banners and stalls exhibiting the departmental schemes and the screening of an exclusive film produced by the District Administration on the glorious history of Paddar, the revered Machail Mata pilgrimage, and the Victory trek of General Zorawar Singh, enlightened the participants. The programs offered insightful presentations on the central and Union Territory government’s rolled-out schemes.

Departmental Experts passionately shared the information and achievements with the attendees.

The occasion was made vibrant with enthralling cultural performances by talented artists from Jammu reflecting the cultural diversity of the region.

An interactive open quiz competition added excitement to the event, encouraging participants to showcase their knowledge. The winners were rewarded with gifts in recognition of their correct answers, and the dignitaries and resource persons were also felicitated with trophies.

Earlier, the dignitaries, accompanied by Field Officer Circle Doda, inspected the stalls set up by different departments showcasing government schemes and the display banners exhibiting the milestones of the government.

Addressing the gathering, Sarpanch Gulabgarh Paddar extended heartfelt gratitude to the Central Bureau of Communication, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, and District administration for organizing this exhibition, which effectively highlighted the remarkable achievements of the 9 years of Government for the awareness of the people.

He also said that the majority of the welfare schemes have been implemented at the grassroots level in his Panchayats and shared praiseworthy words for the government and Administration.

The Field officer Doda Circle also gave an insight about the Centrally sponsored schemes and encouraged the local residents to make the most of this golden opportunity and attend the multimedia exhibition tomorrow on 28th with the same zeal and passion.

He also thanked resource persons namely Dr. Irfan from Health Department, Subash Chander from the Education Department, Ashu Shan from the Information Department for their cooperation and coordination.
