Srinagar, July 21: A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) died of a cardiac arrest in Larnoo area of South Kashmir Anantnag district, officials said on Friday.
They told news agency that the CRPF trooper of 164 Bn CRPF died of cardiac attack early this morning at PHC Larnoo Anantnag where he was shifted after he fell unconscious.
He identified the deceased as Tankeshvar Das, a resident of Assam.
The hospital authorities also confirmed the death.
