DDC reviews arrangements for Budha Amarnath Yatra in Rajouri

District Development Commissioner of Rajouri, Vikas Kundal, today chaired a meeting to review the arrangements for the annual Budha Amarnath Yatra.

During the meeting, the DDC exhorted the officers to make the arrangements pertaining to their departments well in time to avoid any inconvenience to the pilgrims. The DDC stressed the need for foolproof security arrangements, adequate medical facilities, and other essential services to be provided to the pilgrims.

The officers were also reminded of the importance of putting all necessary arrangements in place well in advance. The DDC urged them to work diligently and leave no stone unturned in their efforts to make the yatra a fulfilling and memorable experience for everyone who embarks on this spiritual journey.

The Budha Amarnath Yatra is a highly revered pilgrimage that draws devotees from all over the region. It is a time when the faithful seek spiritual enlightenment and connect with the divine. Ensuring that all arrangements are in place is crucial to the success of the yatra and the safety of the pilgrims.

With the efforts of the officers and the support of the local community, the Budha Amarnath Yatra is expected to be a fulfilling and memorable experience for all those who undertake it.

The meeting was attended by the DFO Rajouri, Arshdeep Singh; DFO Nowshera; ADC Rajouri, Rajeev Kumar Khajuria; ADC Sunderbani, Vinod Kumar Behnal; ADC Nowhera, Kartar Singh; ASP, Vivek Shekhar; EXEN Jal Shakti Rajouri, Ashwini Sharma; EXEN Jal Shakti Nowshera, Vipin Kumar; Dy. SP Traffic, Nawaz Chowdhary and other concerned stakeholders.
