Chairman District Development Council, Udhampur Lal Chand today conducted an extensive tour of his home Panchayat, Neeli Nallah along with a team of Revenue Department comprising Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Rafiq Ahmed Jaral, Tehsildar, Udhampur, Amit Verma, Naib-Tehsildar, Puran Chand Sharma and other locals of Panchayat Neeli Nallah and nearby area.
During the visit, the DDC Chairperson along with officials of revenue Department demarcated the road from the Neeli Nallah Bridge to the Degree College. The road is a crucial link from the main road Neeli-Nallah to Degree College and it will help in improving transport and logistics facilities for the timely completion of Construction of Degree College Building.
Later, the DDC Chairperson inspected the pace of work on the Degree College Neeli Nallah building. He instructed the PWD department to maintain the quality and finish the work within the allotted time.
The DDC chairperson Udhampur also inspected other developmental works being carried out in the Panchayat including works of Area Development Plan, PMGSY work and other PWD projects and checked the pace and quality of work.
