In his letter, Haji Tasleem Mir begins by expressing his well wishes and then proceeds to discuss the matter at hand. He acknowledges that the committee has been vocal about the demand for the tunnel during harsh winter conditions, when the community faces the most difficulties. However, he emphasizes that addressing the issue throughout the year is equally important.

The Beopar Mandal President reminds the Chairman that the Central Government had previously assured the completion of the Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the tunnel by June. To his disappointment, he has learned that no tangible steps have been taken so far, causing frustration among the residents of Karnah Valley. The lack of information regarding the delay has prompted him to write the letter.

Haji Tasleem Mir kindly requests the Chairman to convene a meeting of the core committee members at the earliest convenience. During the meeting, he suggests that they collectively draft a memorandum addressed to the government. This memorandum would seek clarification and information regarding the delay in the tunnel project’s progress. It would highlight the concerns of the residents, reiterate the urgency of the tunnel for the community’s well-being, and request a detailed update on the project’s current status.

The Beopar Mandal President believes that by formally addressing this matter, they can bring it to the attention of the appropriate authorities and expedite the process. He stresses that the timely completion of the tunnel project is vital for the prosperity and development of Karnah Valley. The residents have placed their hopes in the committee to advocate for their rights.

Haji Tasleem Mir concludes the letter by expressing his anticipation for a positive response from the Chairman and the opportunity to contribute to this important cause. He believes that by working together, they can ensure that the concerns of the public are heard, and the committee’s efforts result in tangible progress for the beloved valley.

The letter serves as a reminder to the authorities and stakeholders involved in the tunnel project that the residents of Karnah Valley eagerly await updates and action. The Beopar Mandal President’s proactive approach in addressing the issue highlights the importance of timely and consistent progress in infrastructure development for the welfare of the community.
