A PHE daily wager died after he fell from a building while repairing water supply in Harnag area of South Kashmir Anantnag district on Thursday.
An official told that Bashir Ahmad Allaie son of GH Mohd Allaie resident of Khandiphari Bijbehara, a daily wager in PHE department, fell down from a building while repairing the water supply and got injured.
The said daily wager was referred to GMC Anantnag for treatment but the doctors declared him brought dead.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident and started investigation.
