Chairman District Development Council Malik Aftab today took an inspection visit to different offices falling under rural area of Harwan District Srinagar. The visit was commenced upon visiting Govt. Middle and Govt. High School New Theed wherein the school facilities, student roll and attendance was evaluated. Thereafter the chairman visited Govt Middle School Faqir Gujree and was disappointed with the infrastructure of the school. Afterwards The Chairman visited NTPHC Faqir Gujree and took on spot redressal measures to genuine demands of locals wherein they were suffering due to shortage of staff. The Primary School Faqir Gujree was thereafter visited. The Hon’ble Chairman was dismayed on seeing the premise was without the outer boundary. Thereafter the visit was continued to Niyabat office and Block development office, Harwan. The Hon,ble Chairman received multiple grievances from the locals and officials and the Hon’ble Chairman ensured that the redressal shall be taken up with concerned officers.
