Sopore: May 11 : House of Mohammad Sadiq Bhat of Sadiq Colony sopore got gutted in a midnight blaze in Sopore area of North Kashmir Baramulla district on Thursday. An official told news agency, that the incident occurred on the intervening night of Wednesday and Thursday. Officials from fire and emergency department said that they received information about the incident at around 2 am following which they rushed to the spot. He said that fire tenders, Police, locals were pressed into service to douse off the flames, however, one residential house got damaged in the incident. Firefighters, locals and Police doused the flames on time to avoid any further damage, while there was no loss of life or injury. The cause of fire was not known immediately, however, police have taken cognizance of the incident and started investigation, officials said
