JAMMU, APRIL 13: Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar has extended his warm greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the occasion of Baisakhi. In his message, Advisor Bhatnagar said that this great occasion marks the commencement of the harvesting season in the North India.
