War against drug continues in Baramulla District
Drug Peddler arrested; 2Kgs of contraband Cannibas grinded leaves & branches like substance recovered at Lalpora Kunzer during Patrolling; Case registered.
Police under the supervision of Javid Ahmad-JKPS, SDPO Tangmarg assisted by Inspr Nisar Ahmad, SHO PS Kunzer arrested Drug Peddler namely Abdul Ahad Baghat S/O Sonaullah Baghat R/O Lalpora Kunzer who was carrying a polythene bag in his hand and upon seeing the Patrolling party tried to flee from the spot but was apprehended tactfully.
During personal search 2Kgs of contraband Cannibas grinded leaves & branches like substances was recovered from him and was taken into custody immediately.
Case under NDPS Act registered in Police Station Kunzer and investigations set in motion.
General People of the area hailed the efforts of Baramulla Police and showed their willingness to support police to eradicate menace of drugs from the society which is the real sign of Police Public relationship.
