JAMMU, MARCH 06: Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar has extended his warm greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the occasion of Holi -festival of colours.

In his greeting message, Advisor Bhatnagar said that this festival heralds the onset of spring season and reflects cultural mosaic of our country. “Holi is an occasion to rejoice in the glory of nature in all its vibrant colours and symbolizes our nation’s spirit of unity, harmony and cultural diversity”, Advisor said.
