BSF organised free medical near LoC in Karnah

Karnah, Feb 16:- Border Security force 27 Battalion organized a free medical camp in rural remote village near LOC. It has always been endeavour of the Border Security Force to strengthen the unity and integrity of our country and BSF has always taken care for the needs of border population. There are many villages in Karnah Tehsil, near Line Of Control which are far from Tangdhar and due to lack of means of transport, the villagers are deprived of medical facilities especially during winter. Keeping this in mind, 27 Battalion Border Security Force Tangdhar has organized free medical camp in Village Sudpura on 16/02/2023.

Medical camp was successfully conducted and 348 number of villagers came to the camp and took advantage of health facilities provided by BSF. During said camp, check-up of patients were carried out & free medicines were also distributed for treatment of illness. Appx 348 villagers reached to this free medical camp and got benefitted. Sh Man Singh, Commandant 27 Bn BSF inaugurated the camp and interacted with village population and discussed the issues of cleanliness and hygiene for healthy life. Dr. Ravi Sangwan, MO 27 Bn BSF, Dr. Sheikh Yasir Arafat, GD/MO 27 Bn BSF and Dr. Sabina of SDH Karnah treated the patients and given appropriate medicines..
