We also hope that the spirit of mutual respect, understanding and peace will prevail in the region.”  “I extend my warm wishes to all the people of Jammu and Kashmir. May this day bring us all together to celebrate India’s rich cultural diversity and the freedom we enjoy as citizens of this great nation. May we all work hard to build a better India for the generations to come. Happy Republic Day!” she said.
