Today on 25th of January 2023 the National Voters Day was celebrated at Administrative Complex Handwara. ADC Handwara Honorable Nazir Ah Mir (JKAS) presided over the NVD as chief Guest.
Tehsildar Handwara Shahbaz Ah Akhoon, Tehsildar Vigam Umer Bashir (JKAS), BDO Handwara Waseem Ramzan Dar(JKAS), ZEO Handwara Shabir Ahmed Badana, District Election Trainer Syed Najam Saqib and Election Incharge Handwara Mohd Abass Dar were present on the occasion.Also the people if Sub division Handwara,PRIs ,Lumbardars, and new voters were the part of the event.
Moreover the award ceremony took place during which Tehsildar Handwara, Tehsildar Vilgam,Election Trainer Syed Najam Saqib, BLOs and others were felicitated with the medals and certificate of appreciation.
While speaking on the occasion ADC HANDWARA said that the main motive of the NVD is to encourage the new voters for the participation in Electoral Process of Country.
