Good Governance: Training imparted to Revenue Department officials regarding online services at Bandipora BANDIPORA, DECEMBER 19: The District Administration Bandipora on Monday organised a day-long training programme for revenue officials regarding online services. The training programme was presided over by Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Bandipora, Waseem Raja and was attended by Naib Tehsildars, Girdawars, Patwaris and other concerned. District Informatics Officer (NIC), Mala Ram imparted training to the participants regarding the online services available to the public. Speaking on the occasion, ADC Bandipora said that the administration is committed towards Good Governance and has taken up governance reforms in mission mode to bring effectiveness and efficiency. He said many training programmes will be organised during this week to sensitise the government machinery and foster good governance. The training programme was also attended by ACR Bandipora Parvaiz Rahim. NO: PR/DDI/SGR/22/5245/ DHEW- MS B’gam organises Awareness programme on Women Empowerment & Women Specific Schemes BUDGAM, DECEMBER 19: The District Hub for Empowerment of Women (DHEW) Budgam in collaboration with One Stop Centre (OSC) Budgam today organised an awareness programme on the role of DHEW and other women centric schemes at Anganwadi Centre Kawoosa Khalisa Goalpora of Block Narbal. The programme was attended by AWWs, AWH, local women and children of the adjoining areas. The team DHEW Budgam imparted awareness to the participants about the women welfare schemes including women helpline 181, One Stop Centre for Women, PMMVY, PMKVY, Janani Suraksha Yojana, Poshan Abhiyan UDID. They also educated them about the livelihood schemes for women entrepreneurs, Indira Gandhi National old age pension scheme, pension scheme for widows, pension scheme for disabled people, UTMAS, Childline 1098, ICPS and other women related schemes.
