To promote sports and instill confidence among the youths and security forces , 144 BN CRPF, organized a T20 cricket tournament at Shaheed –E- Milat stadium , Lal bazaar ,Dist Srinagar J&K from 19/11/2022 to 22/11/2022. Local teams participated in the week long cricketing event. The final of the tournament was played today between Green stars and Qadeem 11. Green star cricket club emerged the winners of the event . Shri Nadeem Ahmad Samdani , Commandant , 144 Bn along with SP Hazaratbal , Commandants of nearby unit and Officers from civil administration and local dignitaries were also present at the event. Prizes were distributed to the winning team. Students and youths from various schools and colleges participated in this event and thanked CRPF for providing a platform to showcase their talent. Members of local intezamiya commitee were invited , who were appreciative of CRPF taking constant initiative to engage youths of the valley in different sports and cultural activities as a positive measure.Good evening sir,
