Congress has accused Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann of not heeding to his own pre-poll advice against ‘VIP culture’. It has been revealed that Mann has more vehicles in his cavalcade than the last three of his predecessors. Congress leader Partap Singh Bajwa claimed that Mann has 42 cars in his cavalcade.
