SHOPIAN, SEPTEMBER 03: As part of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, the Department of School Education, Shopian today organised a series of programmes across all the educational institutions of the district to observe Swachhta Pakhwada.
The Officers, Teachers and students of the educational institutions of various tehsils of the district also took a pledge to reiterate their commitment to keep their respective areas neat and clean, besides improving the green cover on the earth.
On the occasion, the participants also conducted mega cleanliness drives with full enthusiasm and endorsed the Swachhta Mission under Swachh Abhiyan.
