With full zeal and zest people from all walks of Kashmir lit the flame of victory and tribute to the heroes of the Kargil war. The youth enjoyed the victory in Kashmir with slogans and celebrations. With Indian Army who already brought peace stands tall in celebrating Kargil Vijay Divas with the people of Kashmir. In every block, Vijay Divas was celebrated. The local population and civil dignitaries supported the event wholeheartedly. This endowment success reminds us of the courage of the Indian armed forces that pushed back the Pakistani army and their infiltration. It is a tribute to the brave soldiers who made supreme sacrifices for the motherland during Kargil War. Participation and celebration send a wide message that Kashmir is changing with every year passing.
The victory torch of Kargil Vijay Divas was received here in north Kashmiris 7 sector RR by the commander with full enthusiasm. The torch of victory as being a remarkable victory over Pakistan in Kargil was in 1999.
Different programmes, and sessions to glorify the sacrifices of our brave soldiers were organized. With full gloom and enjoyment people young and old, civil and employees took the flame one by one full of excitement. This changing circumstance in Kashmir sends a message that people in Kashmir want peace, prosperity, and development. With every year passing after abrogation things are quite different and each one is supporting good initiatives of civil government and hard tasks taken by our brave soldiers.
It is an eye-opener that the Indian Army has supported the Kashmiri people in every eventuality. Whether it’s a flood or a recent Amarnath Yatra natural disaster army takes the lead. The Indian armed forces have played an important role in national consolidation even before the independence as Azad Hind Fauj of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose.
The different programmes and events in Kashmir alongside with Army altogether make awareness among the youth of Kashmir who was radicalized and is now in the right direction. The massage of patriotism and nationalism within the Kashmiries is slowly towards the uphills of progress and development. Kashmiri’s energetic educated youth wants to join the army, and police as an adventure in their life. Changing youth wants to be singers, dancers, film maker, photographers, models, actors, and business entrepreneurs, and why not IAS and KAS officers.
The shining stars of Kashmir want are the good members of this country. They want their dreams to come true, they want to be responsible citizens of this great country; the need is to encourage them with proper handholding. Besides civil administration, the army is handholding young teens in different ways and means. Not only do they run quality schools but also engage their youthfulness for the betterment of society. The need of the hour is to put more effort into the engagement of our isolated youth and put their energy towards the betterment of society.
Operation Vijay was named and fulfilled. Vijay the success reveals the velour and gummous of our brave soldiers who not won 4 wars against Pakistan but also dismantled their every effort for the worsened Kashmiri people. Now, people understand that Pakistan has done nothing concrete in the last three decades except innocent bloodbath.
