June 17: A piping ceremony was held at District Police Office Handwara in which SP Handwara Ms. Sheema Nabi Qasba-IPS decorated recently promoted officer Shri Mohd Ashraf with inspector Rank. ASP Handwara and other Police officers were also present on the occasion.
On the occasion, SP Handwara congratulated the promoted officer. She said that each elevation comes with more responsibility and challenges to the working assignments and hoped that the officer would continue to work with zeal and zest in the future as well. She wished him good luck for the future assignment.
During the colourful ceremony, the newly promoted officer expressed his gratitude towards Police Department for conferring his next rank. He also pledged to work with same zeal and enthusiasm.
