Ex MLA Rafiabad Yawar Mir today urged the LG administration to provide compensation to the people who suffered heavy losses during the hailstorm which caused havoc in Rafiabad.
In a statement today he said
“Fruit growers have been suffering heavy losses in the last couple of years, this recent hailstorm has further broken the back of the fruit growers. The district administration had sent teams today to assess the losses, but I request them to visit all the areas where losses have been suffered. The LG administration should make sure that it not only assess the loss but also provides people with actual compensation for the survival of Horticulture industry.”
