A ‘Day with Coy Cdr’ was organised at Higher secondary School, Dudi on 13 May 2022. The event was focussed towards the children of Dudi and Thalli villages. The aim of the event was to instill the ‘By the People, for the People’ image of the Indian Army in the younger generation and to provide a common platform for the local elders/authorities and the Army to host an informal interaction to understand various issues pertaining to the villages and spreading awareness on various initiatives undertaken by the Army. The fun and frolic filled event was attended by 62 children, the Ward members and Panchs of Dudi and Thalli villages. The elders expressed their gratification for the efforts undertaken by the Indian Army directed towards the upliftment of the remote border areas of the region.
