Sopore, Nov 4 (JKNS): The Sopore Bypass Bridge has been reopened for traffic movement following completion of the repair work, bringing relief to commuters who were facing inconvenience due to the temporary closure of the vital road link.

The reopening was facilitated through coordinated efforts of Sopore Police, Traffic Police, Municipal Council Sopore and the Civil Administration, which worked together to ensure effective traffic management and smooth movement of vehicles during the repair period, as per news agency JKNS.

The authorities deserve appreciation for their coordinated efforts, timely arrangements and public-oriented approach, which helped minimise inconvenience to commuters and ensured that traffic regulation remained in place throughout the repair work.

The reopening of the bridge is expected to provide significant relief to people travelling between Sopore and adjoining areas, including Kupwara, Baramulla, Zaingair, Rafiabad and Bandipora.

The public has been urged to continue following traffic regulations and cooperate with the concerned departments to ensure smooth and hassle-free movement on the route. (JKNS)
