He said that his professional commitment, valuable guidance, humble nature and respectful approach towards advocates and litigants had earned him immense respect.

Meanwhile, a junior advocate, while sharing his personal experience, described Towfeel Ahmad Mir as not only an outstanding judicial officer but also a wonderful human being who had made a lasting impression on the legal fraternity.

Recalling his association with the judicial officer, the advocate said that he considered himself fortunate to have appeared before him and learned from his experience, discipline and approach towards the administration of justice. He said that the officer had guided and corrected him on several occasions, adding that even his occasional courtroom reprimands had become valuable lessons in his early professional journey.

Describing him as more than just a Presiding Officer, the advocate said that Towfeel Ahmad Mir had always treated him like an elder brother and had played an important role in his professional development.

He particularly appreciated the officer’s punctuality, dedication, discipline and extraordinary work ethic, saying that his commitment to judicial responsibilities was reflected in his daily conduct, courtroom proceedings and dedication to the cause of justice.

The advocate further highlighted his amicable relationship with the Bar, accessibility, courteous behaviour and respectful dealings with litigants and members of the legal fraternity. The members of the Bar Association Beerwah said that his contribution, professional approach and guidance would remain cherished, adding that his transfer may mark the end of his tenure at Beerwah, but the respect and goodwill he has earned would continue to remain in the hearts of the legal fraternity.

On the occasion, the Bar Association Beerwah and members of the legal fraternity extended their warmest wishes to Towfeel Ahmad Mir for his new assignment at JJB Budgam, praying for his continued success and a distinguished career ahead.
