Kupwara, Oct 12 (JKNS): Tawheed Ahmad Mir has assumed charge as the Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO) Kupwara.
Soon after taking charge, Tawheed Ahmad Mir( JKAS) held an introductory meeting with the employees of the department, interacting with them and familiarising himself with the functioning of the office.
On the occasion, departmental employees, transporters and locals welcomed him and extended their best wishes for his new assignment.
His joining is expected to strengthen coordination between the Transport Department, employees, transporters and the general public, with a focus on addressing public concerns and ensuring the smooth delivery of transport related services in the district.(JKNS)
