Srinagar, Oct 7 (JKNS): Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Wednesday acknowledged Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s long political career, saying that sustaining electoral success over 25 years and subsequently reaching the national level was not easy.
Speaking to reporters in Srinagar, as per news agency JKNS, CM Omar said people had repeatedly voted for Modi during his political journey.
“We have been standing here for 25 years. Where were we? People must have voted again and again,” he said.
“It is not easy to win elections for 25 years in the government. And then to become the central level,” the Chief Minister said.

“It is good. I would like to congratulate him on behalf of myself and my colleagues,” he said. (JKNS)
