Srinagar, Oct 06 (JKNS): A car owner has raised concerns over the handling of his Alto K10 at a Jamkash car dealership, alleging that the vehicle has not yet been returned after it was given to the dealer following a minor scratch on its bumper.
The complainant said the scratch was slight, but he was informed that the bumper would be replaced.
He questioned the need for replacing the entire bumper when the damage was limited to a scratch and alleged that changing the bumper could affect the vehicle’s insurance.
“If there is only a scratch, how can the entire bumper be changed? We were told that the bumper has to be replaced, which would affect the insurance. This is not right,” the complainant said.
The car owner has sought clarification from the dealership regarding the proposed replacement and the delay in returning the vehicle. (JKNS)
