Srinagar, Sep 19 (JKNS): Joint team of security forces recovered a cache of arms, ammunition and other stores from the general area of Forward Sudpora on Saturday.
A senior J&K police officer told news agency JKNS that, the search was conducted on the basis of specific input. During the operation, the cache was found concealed under a boulder near the Line of Control.
The recovered items include three RPG rounds, 15 Pika MG rounds, 11 AK rounds, six RPG boosters, two strips of medicine and one suspected IED.
Further investigation into the matter is underway. (JKNS)
