Srinagar, Sep 19 (JKNS): A meeting of the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (NC) Legislature Party and Independent Members supporting the government will be held in Srinagar on Sunday, September 20.
According to a communication issued by NC Chief Whip Mubarik Gul, a copy of which lies with news agency JKNS, the meeting will be held under the chairmanship of Dr Farooq Abdullah, President, Jammu and Kashmir National Conference, in the presence of Omar Abdullah, Leader of the Legislature Party and Chief Minister, Jammu and Kashmir.
The meeting is scheduled to be held at 4:30 PM at the Banquet Hall, Srinagar.
All members of the J&K Legislative Assembly belonging to the National Conference and Independent Members supporting the government have been requested to attend the meeting.
The meeting comes ahead of the upcoming session of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, scheduled to begin in Srinagar on September 21. (JKNS)
