Kishtwar, Sept 5 (JKNS): Two persons were killed after an oil tanker skidded off the road and overturned in the Pathimhal area of Palmar in Kishtwar district on Saturday, officials said.
Officials told news agency JKNS that, the accident occurred when the tanker was travelling through the area and apparently lost control before skidding off the road and overturning.
The officer said both persons travelling in the tanker died on the spot, while their identities were yet to be ascertained.
Police and other concerned teams reached the spot and initiated necessary proceedings.
