Karnah: A heartwarming Raksha Bandhan celebration was held in Tangdhar, a border area of Karnah in Jammu and Kashmir, where local girls tied Rakhis on the wrists of Army personnel, strengthening the bond of trust, affection and brotherhood between the armed forces and the local community.
The festival was celebrated in an atmosphere of warmth and mutual respect. The girls expressed their gratitude to the soldiers for serving the nation and guarding the borders, while the Army personnel extended their greetings and best wishes to all the participants on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan.
During the event, stationery and educational materials were also distributed among the girls. The initiative aimed to encourage students to continue their education, work hard and pursue their dreams for a better future.
