Kishtwar, June 5 (JKNS): The District Administration Kishtwar on Friday suspended both the Shri Machail Mata Yatra 2026 and Shri Mindhal Mata Yatra 2026 for the day in view of adverse weather conditions prevailing across the district.

According to the advisory issued by the district administration, as per news agency JKNS, the decision was taken due to continuous rainfall, slippery road conditions and the risk of shooting stones, which could pose a threat to the safety and well-being of pilgrims.
