MLA Sonawari Visits Sumbal CHC, Reviews Healthcare Services; Offers Condolences to Bereaved Family

Bandipora, Apr 9 (JKNS): Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) Sonawari, Hilal Akbar Lone, on Thursday visited the Community Health Centre (CHC) Sumbal in district Bandipora to review the functioning and overall healthcare services being provided to the public.

During his visit, the MLA took a detailed round of various sections of the hospital and assessed the ongoing work.

He interacted with doctors, patients, and attendants to get first-hand feedback regarding the facilities and services available at the centre.

He patiently listened to their concerns and demands and assured them that necessary steps would be taken to address the issues on priority.

MLA also visited the residence of late Khursheed Ahmad of Sumbal, who was serving as a Special Police Officer (SPO) and recently lost his life in a tragic road accident.

Hilal Akbar Lone expressed deep sorrow over the untimely demise and extended his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.

He prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and strength to the family to bear the irreparable loss. (JKNS)
