He said the recent escalation had created fear and uncertainty worldwide, impacting economies and disrupting critical energy supplies, which in turn affects everyday life across nations.

Abdullah also highlighted the concerns of people from Jammu and Kashmir working in Gulf countries, saying prolonged instability in the region directly affects their livelihoods and families back home.

Stressing the broader impact, he said peace must prevail as continued tensions would only deepen global crises, including rising prices of essential commodities and fuel.

He further urged India to maintain balanced and friendly relations with all countries and contribute towards de-escalation, while calling on nations to abandon conflict and adopt peaceful engagement.

Expressing hope, Abdullah said ongoing talks should lead to a durable resolution, cautioning that any further escalation could have far-reaching economic and humanitarian consequences. (JKNS)
