GDC Banihal Names Dr Shafiq Ahmed Katoch as Staff Secretary

Banihal,, April 1(JKNS): Dr. Shafiq Ahmed Katoch, a senior faculty member at Government Degree College Banihal, was on Wednesday nominated as the Staff Secretary during a staff meeting chaired by Dr. Sunil Kumar Bhat, Principal GDC Banihal.

The decision was taken with broad consensus, as staff members expressed confidence in Dr. Katoch’s leadership and commitment to institutional welfare. Following the nomination, a brief felicitation ceremony was held in his honour, where colleagues lauded his contributions to the academic community.
