Shopian, Feb 13 (JKNS): The scenic snow-covered destination of Dubjan is all set to host the grand Dubjan Winter Carnival 2026 on February 16, 2026.

The event is being organized by J&K Tourism in collaboration with the District Administration Shopian to celebrate snow, culture, and heritage while promoting winter tourism in the region.

The District Administration Shopian has made excellent arrangements to ensure the smooth and successful conduct of the carnival.
