Ehsaas Foundation Greets Urs of Sheikh Bahauddin Ganjbaksh (RA) and Khawaja Habeeb Ullah Attar (RA)

Srinagar: Ehsaas Foundation has extended warm greetings to devotees and the general public on the auspicious occasion of the annual Urs of two revered Sufi saints— Sheikh Bahudin Ganjbaksh (RA) and Khawaja Habeeb Ullah Attar (RA)

The Urs of Sheikh Bahudin Ganjbaksh (RA) is being observed at Nowhatta, while the Urs of Khawaja Habeeb Ullah Attar (RA) is being commemorated at Zainakadal, Srinagar. Devotees from different parts of the Valley are paying their respects and seeking spiritual blessings at the holy shrines.

On the occasion, Vice Chairman of Ehsaas Foundation, Mr. Burhan Nazir, said that the teachings of these great Sufi saints emphasize peace, humanity, brotherhood, and mutual respect. He highlighted that their message is highly relevant in today’s times, calling upon people to follow the path of love, compassion, and communal harmony.

He further stated that Kashmir’s rich Sufi tradition has always promoted coexistence and unity, and such sacred occasions serve as a reminder to strengthen bonds among communities and work collectively for a peaceful society.

Ehsaas Foundation prayed for peace, prosperity, and harmony in Jammu and Kashmir and urged people to draw inspiration from the lives and teachings of the revered saints.
