Sopore, Sep 17 (JKNS): The Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan was inaugurated at Sub District Hospital Sopore on Wednesday.
As per news agency JKNS the Abhiyaan was inaugurated by by MLA Sopore Irshad Rasool Kar.
The initiative will be observed from September 17 to October 2 across Jammu and Kashmir, focusing on improving healthcare and nutrition services for women, adolescent girls, and children.
During the inauguration, MLA Kar stressed the importance of women’s health and empowerment, saying that a healthy mother is the foundation of a strong family and society. He appreciated the efforts of the health department in implementing the programme.
The event was attended by Dr. Ab Rasheed, Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad (Nodal Officer), Dr. Javid Ahmad, Parvaiz Ahmad Khan, and several other health officials and staff. (JKNS)
