Sunil Sharma Urges LG Sinha to Defer JKPSC Munsiff, Lecturer Exams Amid Student Hardships
FacebookTwitterWhatsappTelegram

Srinagar, Sep 16 (JKNS): Leader of Opposition, Sunil Sharma, has written to the Honourable Lieutenant Governor of Jammu & Kashmir seeking postponement of the forthcoming Munsiff and 10+2 Lecturer post examinations being conducted by the JKPSC.

In his communication, Sharma highlighted the serious difficulties being faced by aspirants and students across the Union Territory. He pointed out that frequent landslides, cloudbursts, and road disconnectivity have left large areas cut off, making it extremely difficult for students to reach exam centres.

He also drew attention to the poor internet services in many regions, which are preventing aspirants from downloading admit cards and accessing study material.

The digital divide and recent natural disruptions, he stressed, have placed students from remote and flood-affected areas at a clear disadvantage.

Expressing concern over the hardships faced by the student community, Shri Sharma urged the Honourable LG to intervene and direct the JKPSC to postpone the examinations until the situation improves, so that all aspirants get a fair and equal opportunity to appear. (JKNS)
