Banihal, July 3 (JKNS): Two tourists from Rajasthan were injured after their vehicle met with an accident near Ramsu on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway (NH44) on Thursday.

An official told news agency JKNS that the injured were immediately provided first aid and shifted in an ambulance from PHC Ramsu to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Banihal for further treatment.

The injured have been identified as Karthik Sharma, 27, son of Govind Sharma, resident of Mansar, Rajasthan, and Navin Kumar, 35, son of Manpal, hailing from Jaipur, Rajasthan, he said.

Their condition is said to be stable, and police have taken cognizance of the incident. (JKNS)
