TANGDHAR, KUPWARA | JUNE 27, 2025: Renowned artist and philanthropist Ms. Rouble Nagi, Founder of the Rouble Nagi Art Foundation, visited the Ex-Servicemen (ESM) Cell Tangdhar today. She was warmly welcomed by the Veer Naris and widows of Tehsil Karnah.

During her visit, Ms. Nagi was briefed about the contribution and dedicated services of the ESM Cell Tangdhar towards the welfare of ex-servicemen and their families. Interacting with the Veer Naris and widows, she motivated them to actively participate in various skill development programmes to enhance their livelihood opportunities.
