Ramban: In response to a fire incident at the BDO Office Sangaldan on Saturday, Deputy Commissioner Ramban Mohammad Alyas Khan, along with ADC Varunjeet Singh Charak, Sunday visited the site to assess the situation.
They were joined by local SDPO and Tehsildar .
The Deputy Commissioner took stock of the damage caused by the fire and directed for immediate restoration work. He also instructed the concerned officers to take measures for the resumption of administrative function.
To determine the cause of the fire and establish accountability, the Deputy Commissioner constituted an inquiry committee. The Committee has been asked to conduct a thorough investigation and furnish the report at the earliest.
Restoration efforts and safety protocols have been initiated to ensure minimal disruption of official work.
