Srinagar, June 3: BJP State General Secretary (Organisation) for J&K and Ladakh, Ashok Koul, on Monday joined thousands of devotees at Khanqah-e-Moula in Srinagar on the occasion of Urs of Hazrat Shah-e-Hamdan (RA).
Koul offered prayers at the revered shrine and prayed for lasting peace, unity, and harmony in Jammu and Kashmir.
He interacted with locals and paid rich tributes to Shah-e-Hamdan (RA) for his spiritual and social contributions, calling the Urs a significant symbol of Kashmir’s deep-rooted spiritual heritage.
The visit, was part of BJP’s broader outreach aimed at promoting communal harmony and preserving the region’s composite culture.
