DC Kulgam reviews arrangements for Urs of Hazrat Mir Syed Ali Simnani (RA)

KULGAM: To assess the status of infrastructure development, staffing, and service delivery in revenue offices, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan today reviewed the progress of revenue offices establishment in the district.

The meeting held a threadbare discussions on infrastructure development in different tehsils including Tehsil office Pahloo, Naib Tehsildar Office at Kund, Tangmarg, Ashmuji, Mirhama and Khull, Patwar Khanas and Panchayat Ghars in different Halqas ensuring adequate facilities for officials and public.

DC directed for improving service delivery and better coordination between different departments for upgradation of facilities at tehsils.

Directions were given to executing agencies PWD and REW for timely completion of all projects, besides maintaining high-quality standards.

DC emphasized upon Tehsildars to identify suitable land for the construction of revenue offices besides resolve land dispute issues if any.

The review meeting aimed to ensure efficient functioning of revenue offices, improving service delivery and promoting transparency and accountability in revenue administration.

The meeting was attended by ACR, Reyaz Ahmad Shah; CPO, Zahid Sajad; Tehsildars, Executive Engineers of PWD Kulgam, DH Pora, REW along with AEE’s and AE’s of different Sub Divisions.
