During the inspection, the ADC took stock of ongoing preparations and issued on the spot instructions to stakeholder departments to expedite the remaining works. The stress was laid on ensuring proper sanitation, electricity supply, drinking water availability, stage setup, decoration, parking facilities and other public convenience measures. The aim is to transform the venue into a vibrant and welcoming space for tourists, guests and local residents who are expected to attend in large numbers.
