Srinagar: Senior Congress leader Engineer Danish Reshi on Monday expressed deep anguish over the tragic suicide of a minor student at Kashmir Harvard Educational Institute, allegedly driven by repeated harassment and discrimination over a tattoo.

In a post shared on social media, Reshi described the incident as “heartbreaking” and questioned the role of the school authorities in the psychological breakdown of the student.
