Kulgam : Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan, who is also Chairman District Level Committee, chaired a meeting of officers of various departments on Friday to review the progress made in cases for change of land use.
At the outset, Chairman enquired about the status of NOCs being issued in favour of the applicants and applications received till date, besides their reporting and follow up status by the concerned departments.During the meeting, 10 cases were put before the committee, in which 08 cases were approved and 2 cases were rejected as per nor
The DC directed concerned members to ensure timely issuance of NOCs to the applicants after proper verification of documents and rules under land conversion.The meeting was attended by ACR, FM DIC, D.F.O, CEO, Executive Engineers from NH-444, Jal Shakti, KPDCL, R&B, PMGSY, Irrigation and Flood Control, CAO, CHO, Tehsildars of Kulgam/Devsar/ Quimoh, Tehsildar Hq, Eos of MC Kulgam, Devsar, District Officer PCC Kulgam and other Officials.
